In compliance with the provisions of article 22.2 of Act 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the purpose of this Cookie Policy is to inform you clearly and precisely about the cookies used on the website masr.es (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by MASR ARQUITECTURA E INGENIERIA, S.L. (hereinafter, "MASR").
01What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that the websites you visit send to your browser, allowing the site to remember information about your visit, such as your preferred language and other settings, in order to make your next visit easier and the site more useful to you.
Cookies play an important role and help to provide a better browsing experience for the user.
02Types of cookies used
The Website uses three categories of cookies, clearly distinguished in the consent banner:
- Technical or necessary — always on, essential for the site to work.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4. Only if the user accepts them.
- Marketing — Google Ads. Only if the user accepts them.
Technical or necessary cookies
These allow the user to browse the Website and to use the various options or services available on it, including remembering the user's choice of cookie categories. They are essential for the Website to function and, by their nature, are exempt from the requirement to obtain consent under the criteria of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4)
These allow the owner of the Website to measure and analyse user behaviour in aggregate form in order to improve the content and the browsing experience. The information collected is aggregated, is not linked to identified individuals and is processed by Google in anonymised form. They are only installed if the user expressly accepts them. The Google Analytics property associated with the Website is G-DJCYHYMNN9.
Marketing cookies (Google Ads)
These allow the owner of the Website to measure the effectiveness of its advertising campaigns on the Google network, to attribute conversions to specific ads and to show relevant ads to users who have already visited the Website (remarketing). The Google Ads account linked to the Website is AW-780736184. They are only installed if the user expressly accepts them, either by choosing "Accept all" or by ticking the "Marketing" category in the banner's "Customise" panel.
masr.es implements Google's consent mode (Consent Mode v2): both Google Analytics and Google Ads load in a denied state by default and send no data until the user gives explicit consent for each category.

03Consent
On your first visit to the Website, a cookie banner is displayed with three equivalent and clearly distinguished options: "Accept all", "Reject all" and "Customise".
- Accept all enables analytics and marketing cookies.
- Reject all keeps all optional cookies disabled. Only the necessary technical cookies remain.
- Customise opens a panel where the user can accept the analytics and/or marketing categories independently, or reject both. Technical cookies always remain active and cannot be unticked.
Strictly necessary technical cookies (the server session and the cookie that remembers your own choice) are installed without prior consent, under the exception provided for in article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
You can withdraw or change your granular choice at any time by clicking the button below. The customisation panel will open with your current choice:
