02Purpose
This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website masr.es (hereinafter, the "Website"), owned by MASR ARQUITECTURA E INGENIERIA, S.L. (hereinafter, "MASR"), the purpose of which is to provide information on the professional architecture, engineering, construction and certification services offered by the firm, mainly on the Costa Blanca.
03Nature of the service
MASR is a private architecture and engineering practice. The services it offers through this Website are professional in nature and comprise, among others, the design and management of new-build, refurbishment, interior design and urban planning projects, structural and building services engineering, site management, and the issuing of technical certificates.
Access to the Website does not in itself imply any contractual relationship between the USER and MASR. The terms on which professional services are provided are agreed in each case by means of a specific proposal and contract.
04Users
Access to and/or use of this Website confers the status of USER, who accepts, from the moment of such access and/or use, the General Terms of Use set out herein. These Terms apply irrespective of any General Contracting Terms that may be mandatory in a given case.
05Use of the website
The Website provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, "the contents") on the Internet belonging to MASR or to its licensors, to which the USER may have access.
