05Data retention

The personal data provided will be retained for as long as the relationship with the user continues, unless the data subject requests its erasure, or for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to determine any liabilities that may arise from them. Data processed for the purpose of sending communications will be retained for as long as the user does not withdraw consent.

Once the relationship or the purpose has ended, the data will be duly blocked for the limitation periods established by law in order to address any liability arising from the processing (in particular, the periods deriving from tax legislation and from the ten-year structural liability applicable to building works in Spain).

As a general rule, MASR will not disclose your personal data to third parties, except where required by law (for example, to the competent public authorities, professional associations, courts and tribunals) or where strictly necessary in order to provide the service requested by the user (for example, to external collaborators such as consulting engineers, contractors or administrative agents, or to the authority with which the application is filed, always informing the user in advance).

No international transfers of data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) are envisaged.

MASR has adopted the technical and organisational measures necessary to guarantee the security of personal data and to prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorised processing or access, having regard to the state of the art, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which it is exposed, whether from human action or from the physical or natural environment.

MASR reserves the right to amend this policy in order to bring it into line with legislative or case-law developments and with industry practice. In such cases, MASR will announce the changes made on this page reasonably in advance of their implementation.
