Full refurbishment of a 240 m² penthouse in Valencia. The intervention reorganises the floor plan to free the home's longitudinal axis and visually connect the main rooms to the terrace.

A restrained palette —natural wood, microcement and dark metal joinery— brings continuity to the space, while generous openings and bespoke furniture order each room. The result: a bright urban apartment that breathes, with the city as its backdrop.

The living room, with the white marble fireplace as its only built element. The continuous floor and sliding doors extend the room out to the terrace.

The terrace bar under the retractable awning. From here you look out over the trusses of the Umbracle and the City of Arts and Sciences.

The glass-walled pool sits on a bed of river stones, so the water stays visible from the deck. Beyond, the white roofs of the Ágora.
