A Mediterranean villa in Moraira that reinterprets the traditional language —whitewashed volumes, pitched roofs and timber joinery— in a contemporary key. The open, light-filled floor plan revolves around a central courtyard that links the rooms to the pool and the garden.

Courtyards and pergolas extend daily life outdoors, while a palette of local materials —stone, lime and wood— anchors the house to the coast. A home designed to be enjoyed in every season.

The house at night among the planting. The gabled profile and large black-framed windows set the renovation apart from the tiled villas around it.

The outdoor stair climbs between two whitewashed walls to the door. At dusk the render picks up the colour of the sky, and the lit opening marks the end of the route.

The gabled volume seen from the neighbouring roofs. The window fills the whole gable end, its black framing splitting the opening along the ridge line.

The entrance stair, with the living-room window cut against the sky. White walls and black joinery are the entire exterior palette.
