A new-build home on the Oltà hillside, oriented towards the Peñón de Ifach. The section breaks open to the view: a ground floor resting on the rock and a lighter upper volume that frames the Mediterranean through long bands of glazing.

The infinity pool stretches the horizon until it merges with the sea, while stepped terraces soften the slope and multiply the vantage points. A house conceived as a lookout, where each room finds its own frame of the landscape.

The sliding window retracts completely, leaving the living room open to the terrace. Opposite, the Peñón de Ifach rises over the Bay of Calpe.
