A 272 m² home embedded in the hillside above the Altea golf course. The program is laid out in three low volumes that follow the topography, connected by a central courtyard that acts as a climate buffer and threads daily life together.

Local masonry walls, walkable flat roofs and generous south-facing openings seek continuity with the Mediterranean landscape without competing with it. A house that extends the green right up to its threshold.

The oak stair, lit continuously beneath each tread, separates the entrance from the kitchen, resolved as a compact run with built-in ovens and timber shelving.

The kitchen island opens onto the full-height window: the opening frames the green and the mountains beyond, with no joinery at eye level.

The guest washroom is lined in continuous-grain timber, set against the marble of the wall-hung basin and the light grazing down the wall.
